What exactly is in a free sample?
One small piece of work made for your business, depending on the service:
Websites: one homepage concept and the three improvements I would prioritise. Meta ads: a brief review of your account, or three tailored ad ideas if you are not advertising yet. Listing visuals: one enhanced listing photo and a short sample video. Product creative: one product-ad concept.
A sample shows the direction. It is not a finished website, a full campaign or a batch of content.
What do I need to send you?
Only material you have the right to use: your website link, listing photos you are authorised to market, or approved product images. I ask for anything else once we have spoken. I never need passwords; ad accounts are shared through Meta's own partner access if you go ahead.
How long does a sample take?
When I reply to your request, I confirm what I need from you and when you will see the sample. For paid website builds, your website could be live within 48 hours once we agree the scope and have your content and access.
Can I ask for changes?
A sample is a single piece of work to show the direction, so it does not include rounds of revisions. For paid work, the revision allowance is written into the quote before you agree to anything.
Who owns the work?
For paid work, ownership is set out in the quote before you pay, so there are no surprises. Your own photos, products and accounts always stay yours.
What happens if I want paid work?
You get a fixed quote or a clearly scoped proposal. Nothing starts and nothing is billed until you accept it, and nothing renews on its own.
Is ad spend included?
No. If we run Meta ads, you pay Meta directly from your own ad account. That includes the seven-day trial: the management is free, the ad spend is yours.
