01What a Claude skill is

A skill is a folder of instructions, and sometimes a few small scripts, that teaches Claude how to do one job your way. Claude keeps a one-line summary of each skill in mind and only loads the full instructions when your request matches. So you install it once, then just ask: “find 10 leads for Meta ads: dental clinics in Manchester”.

02Install it in a minute

1. Download the zip

   Use the download buttons below. If you use the Claude app, keep it zipped.

2. Claude app (claude.ai or desktop)

   Open Settings → Capabilities, make sure code execution is on, then upload the zip under Skills.

3. Claude Code

   Unzip it into your skills folder so the path is ~/.claude/skills/lead-finder/SKILL.md, then start a new session.

4. Ask in plain English

   Claude picks up the skill when your request matches what it does. You don't need to name it.

03Lead Finder

Tell it what you sell and who you want to reach. It finds businesses in that niche and city, checks their real Instagram and their Meta Ad Library activity, notes one visible problem it could help with, and writes a short, personal email for each one. Everything lands in a Google Sheet with one-click Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and Instagram links. Nothing is sent until you say yes.

• “Build me a list of 25 Shopify jewellery brands in the UK with slow or broken sites.”
• “Who can I pitch for social media management in Riyadh? Put them in a sheet.”

Works best with

Web search and a browser tool, so it can check websites and Instagram profiles. Optional extras: a Google Drive connector (it creates the Sheet for you), Gmail or Outlook (for drafts), and the Meta Ads connector for the Ad Library. Not connected yet? My Meta Ads setup guide takes ten minutes.

04Proposal Builder

Give it a client's name and website and what you're pitching. It researches them first: their site, socials, ads, reviews and brand colours. Then it finds one idea to build the deck around, lays out the pages from their problem to your price, designs them in the client's own brand and renders a clean PDF. It checks every page before you see it.

What it needs

The PDF build runs on your computer, so it works best in Claude Code with Node.js, Chrome and Python 3 installed. In the Claude app it can still do the research, the structure and the copy.
